UHMWPE is a subset of the thermoplastic polyethylene. Also known as high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE), or high-performance polyethylene (HPPE).

UHMWPE woven Fabric has excellent features of high tensile strength and tear strength, abrasion and cut resistance.
Applications are Cut resistant Gloves, protective Apparel and Reinforcement.
