These fabrics are primarily made from aramid fibers, renowned for their excellent durability, inherent flame resistance, and long-term performance in harsh environments. To enhance flexibility, comfort, and wearability, we integrate materials such as spandex and high-tenacity nylon. We also apply specialized surface treatments like PU coatings, laminated films, or silicone finishes to further improve abrasion resistance and mechanical strength.

Our abrasion resistant fabrics are tested according to international standards such as EN 388, ISO 12947 (Martindale method), and ASTM D3884 (Taber Abrasion), achieving performance levels of up to 100,000 cycles or more, depending on construction and finishing. This makes them ideal for high-wear environments where fabric failure is not an option.
